All weddings—civil, religious, destination, LGBTTQQIAAP weddings. Anyone, anywhere, anytime!

Are you certified and insured?

Sure am! I’m a full-time WPIC certified and insured (HUB International) wedding planner.

How involved will I get to be in the planning process?

Short answer, very! With Wedding Whisperer, we are partners in planning. After all, it’s your wedding, and I want you to get to experience all of the joyful parts of it.

How many meetings will we have?

I don’t put a limit on how many meetings we have during your planning, it all comes down to what you need.

How do you communicate with your clients?

Email. Text. Phone. Zoom. In-person. Whatever is easiest and preferred.

Do you have preferred vendors? Do you take a commission from any of the vendors you would refer us to?

There are so many amazing vendors in the wedding industry and I would love to work with each and every one of them. I don’t play favourites! I recommend based on package needs, price, and personality, and never receive a commission for recommendations.

Do you work alone or with a team?

When working with Wedding Whisperer, I am your gal! But I wouldn’t say I plan alone. I rely on the expertise of your chosen vendor team. On the day of your wedding, if I deem it necessary to bring in an assistant, I happily do so without any additional charge to you.

How many hours do you provide on the wedding day?

I don’t limit the number of hours that I’ll be on-site during your wedding day, instead, it is based on what we determine you need during our planning.

Do you set up and tear down?

Absolutely! Other members of your vendor team are often involved in the set-up and tear down process, especially for more elaborate design elements, but I will be on-site to lead those vendors while also executing the more manageable tasks. Examples of design elements other vendors would be responsible for include ceiling installations, pipe and drape, chair covers, etc.

How many weddings will you be working on throughout the entire process and on the day of?

In order to give each client the love and attention that they deserve, I take on a limited number of planning clients at one time. On your wedding weekend, I am dedicated to your wedding and yours alone.

How do you determine your fee?

My packages are personalized based on the size and scale of your wedding, where you are in the planning process, and additional costs of service such as travel (no hidden costs up in here!).

Where do all of the beautiful photos on your website come from?
